What a great little restaurant. The staff was so nice and the food was delicious. We had to make a reservation to get in but it was worth the wait. This place is known for its chicken cordon bleu ans they did not disappoint. This is the first time that I had that dish served with a gravy and it was tasty. We tried the mushroom gravy and the mustard gravy. Don't be put off by the mustard gravy. It was delicious and the mustard was subtle. The mushroom gravy was very good. I enjoyed it on the cordon bleu gorgonzola. Phenomenal! We had the escargot as well. Very nice. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a must in Colmar, unfortunately only with reservations, but believe me you won’t regret, as the name suggests their speciality is Cordon Blue, they have several options and in different ways but I recommend go for the classic one with any of the two sauces available, the side dishes are just perfect, the vegetables, French fries are absolutely to die for!!! 5/5 and definitely every time in Colmar you must go!Staff is really friendly and willing to help you with anything!

A must visit restaurant!The name says it all - specialized with Cordon Blue. Each kind is amazing (we tried 3 of them) and other dishes are also amazing.The place is small and you better reserve your seats in advance, but very cozy and fun. Located at the heart of Colmar. Prices are a little bit on the high side but portions are big and it definitely worth it.

One of the few restaurants open later than 22, crowded on a Thursday evening, very welcoming and with great food. Portions were very generous. We had cordon bleu, escalope and a beaf steak all with mushrooms sauce that came with a big portion of fries, one of a local warm red sauerkraut and again a big portion of local knepfles..What can be improved is maybe if also the lady owner that is serving would talk a little bit of english. He owner that is also the cook is able to have a short conversation. And he has Romanian roots:)

This restaurant is an absolute gem. The huge Cordon Bleu portions are delicious and also desert was great (crème brûlée). The price was really good and service very friendly. I would recommend this 100%, but come with an appetite.

My wife and I visited Colmar and honestly were overwhelmed by the variety of quality food (a good problem to have!) but Chez Raphy stood out. We went for lunch and were blown away - the portions are indeed huge! The cordon bleu itself was lovely but it’s really the sauces that are so so rich and deep with flavor that make the dish. We also enjoyed the sides that came with it - some herb roasted little whole potatoes, fried dumplings and cabbage. We capped it off with a fantastic crème brûlée. Was it a gigantic lunch? Yes. But was it worth it? Absolutely. Thanks Chez Raphy!!
